Read the lease but check the laws in your area. Many leases are generic and haven't taken laws into account.

No landlord has 24 hour access to your home.

@17Ivan71 @Viralvid_89 That's what i just said. She said his lease states she can come in whenever she wants 24 hours a day and he needs to read his lease. Then she stated she needed to give him notice. She is there because she saw someone there. No notice given and entered property. That's the issue.
