@MaximeBernier So sad to see this. Just have a tickle trunk in your playroom and let the kids be kids. Organizing events like this sends a different message to a child. Let kids be kids!
@DrBradJohnson The homework I assigned in grade three was for the sole purpose of keeping the parents informed of the strategies learned in school that week. Especially in math. Homework often Involved parents input. The kids loved it.
@MishiChoudhary I thank God everyday that I still have both my parents at 62. We’ve had so much fun together as a family. They are both in their 80’s now and are in the process of selling their home and moving into an apartment. Lots of hard conversations happening with failing health.
@amandalhu Now , just imagine how children feel. They are worried, confused and dealing with anxiety. I’m worried for my grandchildren. What will they be facing in 10 years? A care free childhood?
@philaheather I was told by my family doctor to avoid the hospital. She said that if you didn’t have COVID going in, that you were sure to have it going out. This was said to me like it was a normal occurrence. What have we come to? It’s terrifying!
@LucyofL I’m a retired teacher. Trust me when I tell you that your child will not miss much if you keep him home until after Christmas. His health is more important. I’m so confused as to why children are not more of a concern to our health officials. It truly keeps me up at night.
@1goodtern My husband and I have a totally different opinion on covid. It’s not pleasant but I’m sticking to my guns. I’ve worn N95 masks since the early days of covid. I don’t see what is so difficult about wearing a mask. It’s a normal part of my day now.
