Reminder...today is the last school day for Newport students prior to Thanksgiving. Students are off from 11/22 to 11/28. School reopens on Tuesday, 11/29.

We are planning to hold our annual dress up parade at 1:45pm on Friday, 10/28. If your child participates in the parade, please avoid costumes that are violent/scary or have toy weapons. The parade will be in our front parking lot. This is for KDG to 2nd grade students.

Homeroom placements for the upcoming school year have been posted in Sapphire. Additionally, the first day of school is Tuesday, August 23 and Open House is Wednesday, August 24 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

We will send more information on the upcoming school year in a few weeks.

Newport SD will operate on a 3 hour delay on Friday, February 25th. The elementary doors will open at 10:30.
