I can use my brother for example. This time last year he was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. PSA got up to 5000. With no chemo hes down to 250.

Not that this isn't possible for anyone but the majority of those in position to do such tend to be of the same race and culture. Finance also adds to that privilege.
