British SAS soldiers arrested for "murdering islamic state teen soldiers" while hunting Islamic State terrorists sent back to Syria

Five SAS soldiers were arrested on suspicion of double murder after a July 2022 raid in Deir el Zor.

They shot two unarmed teenagers who refused to surrender during a mission to capture a senior IS cell leader.

The teenagers were later identified as IS terrorists.

The soldiers said they acted in self defence.

An internal SAS review concluded the killings were justified but the then Director Special Forces referred the case for further investigation.

The men were released after 48 hours and continued operations before leaving the Armed Forces.

They wrote to Keir Starmer about the arrests but received no reply.

One said he felt treated like a member of a criminal organisation.

The Ministry of Defence said personnel are entitled to fair and professional investigations.

The probe has been running for three years.

▪️1951 UN Refugee Convention – allows dangerous terrorists to be excluded from refugee protection, BUT other international laws can still prevent their removal. (Labour)

▪️1950 European Convention on Human Rights – Article 3 prevents deportation if someone faces a real risk of torture or inhuman treatment. Even terrorists. (Labour)

▪️1966 UN Covenant on Civil and Political Rights – provides further protection against removal where someone risks death or torture.

▪️1984 UN Convention Against Torture – prohibits sending anyone back to a country where they face a substantial risk of torture.(Tory)

▪️1998 Human Rights Act – makes those ECHR protections enforceable in British courts.(thanks Tony)

▪️2007 UK Borders Act – provides exceptions to automatic deportation where human rights or refugee obligations would be breached.(oops well done Labour)

So we convict someone of terrorism, refuse them refugee status and STILL be legally prevented from returning them to their own country.

Because we are insane and we also give them free legal aid and lawyers who simply refer to the erm … law! That not one citizen voted for.

Islamic terrorist who guarded Isis executions is spotted in a Co-op near Windsor Castle after being blocked from deportation

Mohammed Yaseen, an Iraqi who served as a security guard during stonings, beheadings and mass executions that included children, was seen shopping close to the royal residence while living in a local bail hostel.

He had served nearly five years in a German prison for Isis membership. A judge blocked his return to Iraq because of the risk he would face mistreatment or execution.

He then reapplied to stay in Britain.

A British court said he posed a danger to the whole of the UK because of his deeper and lengthy involvement in terrorism and Islamic extremist ideology.

Chris Philp said taxpayers are paying to feed and house a clear threat and that he should be deported at once.

Last night government sources said Yaseen was recalled to prison hours after the MoS contacted the Home Office about the case.

A source at the Ministry of Justice said he was taken back to prison as he had apparently breached his 'good behaviour' requirement at the bail hostel.

The source said: 'He is no longer in Windsor.'

None of them have addressed the substance of my arguments.

Likewise they think that I might be anything but immensely proud to be associated with my own dad, one of the most successful businessmen and generous individuals this country has produced since the War, and his association with GB News, officially the most viewed and trusted news channel in the country.

This was not the first attack on Sebastian’s home and cars. He intentionally parked away from his home, but Antifa appears to have connections to the authorities and was able to track down the license plate.
