Can I please have some form of response? I am nearing two weeks since any Dell ProSupport staff have acknowledged my existing case (opened May 1). The computer continues to experience pre-BIOS boot issues.

Hey, @DellTech! I've got a 78 day old service request. Case owner is MIA for 8 days. Emails to ProSupport managers unanswered. My XPS 8940 fails to boot on the majority of attempts. Same issues recurring for almost a year. I need urgent assistance.

My thoughts changed as I was exposed to life. Doing work is fulfilling. There would not be as many moms in MLMs and the like if doing work offered nothing unique.

Sadly, I have yet to find a spouse so it's all hypothetical.

My Dell XPS8940 fails to boot every morning. Plus I've endured months of random crashes. Dell ProSupport reps have provided no resolutions. Primary rep lied about escalating my case on June 20, and now has been MIA for 8 days.

Which one's doing a great job?

My baseline was "mostly there - with effort" for most of my life. That makes it hard to pick out and eliminate/modify the relationships and things that are crazymaking (literally)
