Month 10... It's so incredibly disheartening that it's been 10 months and all I got were AI replies and a threat of full bnet account closure... AI is the bane of customer support. I wait, and I hope my ban will be overturned

Month 8... Heroes never die. Blizzard were my heroes growing up, playing Diablo and Warcraft. 8 months ago I was banned from Overwatch without reason. It's been 8 months of trying to get justice. It's still just as gut-wrenching today...

Month 7... 7 months of trying to appeal to justice. Unfairly banned, I wonder if I will ever even be able to contact support without a threat of full account closure.
Maybe one day I'll get an actual human being to review it...

I maintain that this was a false positive, and I know I did not cheat. I’ll leave it there for this post, but I still hope it can be corrected someday.
