This is such a beautiful conversation- it brought me back to when hip-hop could simply give people their flowers, collaborate, andwithout everything becoming negative or divisive.

Just listening to Bun B talk about Drake’s rise, his first encounter with him, and the story involving his wife at the concert was refreshing.
We so need more of this, uplifting the genre and the people who continue to uplift it.

For the last two years, I believe most of the love for Drake has come from fans and content creators. So hearing someone from within the culture speak about him with genuine respect just hits different.

Sometimes it’s good to remember what hip-hop sounds like when appreciation is louder than negativity🪓🦉
