I’ve always tried so hard to keep it together when I’m working, and no matter what, act professional, keep my emotions out of sight until I get home.
But today I broke. I cried three times today, in front of everyone.

If members of government who are threatening us, could be there to see how much we burn ourselves to be a tiny spark of light for others, maybe my situation wouldn’t be like this, because Irish nurses really do want to stay at home and work here, we simply can’t afford to.
