Met with ImageMovers (Robert Zemeckis Co) who liked my action-thriller script. Was great to get outta my comedy writing comfort zone. Reminder to often ✍️outside ur comfort genre

@bavvmorda Brilliant tip, thank you! 🙌

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

@Gennefer Brilliant. You'll be doing God's work, healing millions of people with this absolutely-needed closure. Please sell it and I'd love to be staffed on this show! 🙌

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

@JaimePrimak Not an easy thing to do these days but you conquered that Beast 😉
Congrats!! 👏👏🌟🍾

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

I'm manifesting this as my tweet soon!👇🙏✨💫

[Jaime Primak @JaimePrimak]

I have a movie in theaters right now. 🤯

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

@yourcreatvlife Thank you! Because I've always been told not to do that. And of course while pitching I forget some key things. So hearing one of the greats (Shonda Rhimes) did it, validates there are no rules, you just have to do what helps you sell it.

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

@andycompton_ Just do it! The vomit script is better than no script.

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

@DavidHSteinberg This is the honesty alot of us appreciate & need to hear more of. That every1 feels the struggle no matter what level they're at. That we're not alone in feeling like a dumpster when a deal gets dropped or a script doesnt get picked up etc. THANK YOU for keeping it so real.👏😁

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

As a Screenwriter I do lotsa WAITING. For exec to read script. For producer to attach talent to script. For news on new script agent/mgr sent wide. There's always a wait. So while I wait, I write.

@DavidHSteinberg I had a different method but yours is magnificent and waaay better. Switching to this! Thank you! 🙌

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

@Gennefer Yup! And with the "Oh my God" sounds included. Thank you for the lol.🙌

[Lila @Lila_Writes]

Feeling that 'big lot energy', was great to be back at the Sony lot for an actual in-person meeting instead of a zoom.

@shaquaylamims Yes! So much yes! 🙌. You can't force it. You gotta be feelin' it.
