@CorsairFr I am trying to get confirmation that my full refund is being processed - no-one can fly on holiday currently to/from France & Guadeloupe - so full refund is due
@Hermesparcels you have allegedly tried to deliver my parcel 3 times this week, you ask me to contact you to provide more info but it is impossible to get beyond the Holly Bot or the IVR.....using COVID as an excuse for non-existent customer service!!! Rubbish!!
