That’s a wrap on our @ForbeckForums on Nuclear Condensates in Cancer! Amazing group, fantastic science, and thought-provoking discussions in beautiful Pacific Grove! A great pleasure co-organizing this with @bsabari. Many thanks to @ForbeckForums for making this possible!

And that's a wrap on 'Transcription and chromatin'! 🧬✨

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for a few days of great science, inspiring discussions, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

From exciting talks and lively Q&As to fantastic poster sessions, coffee break conversations, and catching up over social events, it was wonderful to see the transcription and chromatin community come together again (it was #EMBLTranscript 17th edition!).

Thank you to all the speakers, poster presenters, and participants for sharing your research, asking questions, exchanging ideas, and making the meeting what it was. The science was impressive, but it was the conversations, connections and community that really brought it to life 🙌🏼

Already looking forward to the next edition! Until then, keep the discussions going 🤓🫶🏼

@NilimeshDa6026 @MolecularCell @PennMedCSO @PennCancer @PennEpiInst Thanks! excellent point about potential roles of other charged proteins in the process; indeed, we have discussed this in the limitation section of the paper.

Excited to share that our preprint 'RNA reinforces condensate nucleation on chromatin to amplify oncogenic transcription' is now online @MolecularCell https://t.co/3EHJdic0q4 @PennMedCSO @PennCancer @PennEpiInst

(1/n) Excited to share our new preprint! We uncover that RNA actively promotes nucleation and function of pathogenic condensates, amplifying locus-specific oncogenic transcription and promoting tumorigenesis. #epigenetics #condensates #cancer #RNA https://t.co/nL4d7oR0BJ
