When healing, the easy days are not what gives the most results. It's the hard days where you manage to work through your emotions and still get shit done regardless of how you feel.

At the end of the day emotions are all just chemical reactions in our brains. I believe you can control those emotions if you work on discipline. Having personal mantras to repeat to yourself also helps!!!
