Accounts with BOT engagement.
Accounts focused on contest entries.
Any account deemed to be of no value, including mechanically captured or valueless video uploads, replies to buzz posts, and unrelated tag spamming for views.

■ Evaluation Method (subject to change)
Rewards will be distributed based on view count, from the top down, using several undisclosed algorithms to automatically convert value (excluding ineligible accounts).
Note: Decisions are made centrally by the system due to resource considerations, and claims will not be accepted. Please apply only if this is acceptable.
*Plan to set the cut-off at the top 80%.
*Videos will be considered approximately twice as valuable as images.
