@SingaporeAir I have filed a claim with Singapore air and spoke to the local desk in Singapore. A friend also went to JFK for us and was advised more than 48hrs ago that Roma would reach out. No one has.

@JetBlue I have called this number 10x. Hold times are hours, and when I spoke to someone on April 5, I was told my bags would go out the next day. They did not. April 6, a friend went to jfk & the bags were not there. This is beyond ridiculous.

@SingaporeAir We flew from FLL-JFK on JetBlue 1902. We missed SQ25 and forfeited our suites class tix. Ticket counter at SQ told us they would get our bags form JetBlue and ticket them through/ expedite. No one has any answers, and no timeline when/if we will ever get our bags.

@JetBlue 5+ hour delay & we sat on runway for 90 min, watching our next flight leaving, sacrificing thousands of $. no one can answer the phone/provide any assistance to get us our baggage. The $150 credit will never make up for the distress we experienced #neverJetBlue

@JetBlue the level of incompetence at JFK is deafening. Not only did your 6 hour delay cause us to miss our connecting international flight, but it ruined the first experience of our honeymoon. Now our bags still have not been transferred to us, and we have nothing #abhorrent
