Fun fact: At first, director DW Griffith did not like the name ’Gish’ and wanted to change it but Dorothy told him off. They kept it

I hope you have a good sunday!

[❁ Lilliαn Gish ❁ @LillianGishFans]

I will always love you ❤️
Thank you for being there for me whenever I need it. You make the evil voices in my head go away. Thank you for your movies. Thank you for everything!

I WANT ONE 😭

Apparently producer D.W Griffith got bankrupt after making the film

Watching Intolerance (1916). It’s a movie with amazingly good quality for a 1916 film!

[❁ Lilliαn Gish ❁ @LillianGishFans]

When i’m writing ’dear’ to someone, I hear Lillian’s voice in my head 😅
I just told someone ”You look lovely dear” and I could hear her say it

Lillian’s publicity shoot for Intolerance (1916) 🎬

I woke up around 11 am (very exhausted!) and then I went for a little walk with my cat 😸 She loves going outside!
What i’m doing now? Well, refreshing the Lillian Gish page on ebay all over because i’m desperate 🤣❤️

With actor Charles Boyer in The Cobweb (1955), in which Lillian plays the role as the dour Victoria Inch 🌸

Lillian was an absolute darling. I always enjoy watching interviews with her! I love her so 💜
