Alexa Bliss explains how being at The Wyatt Sicks' haunted house at Universal Studios helped her say goodbye to Bray Wyatt.

“I walked through it the first time and it was super heavy because it’s all of Windham’s ideas. That’s one thing he said, he always wanted a house at Halloween Horror Nights. To see it happen was so cool, but it was so bittersweet knowing that he would never see it. The first time I walked through, it feels like someone hit you in the gut. But I really wanted to be in the house. I never got to have that closure with Bray because the last time I was with him, it was WrestleMania and I turned on him against Randy [Orton]. We were supposed to join back together after this one WrestleMania, and then I found out I was pregnant. Then he had gotten sick, so he was out for a while. So it just never, it was like ships in the night. He did that interview where he was like, ‘Well, Alexa and I will always be connected in some way.’ I just felt a sense of comfort. I got to do the Firefly Funhouse scene where I was next to the TV that was just playing Windham over and over. It was so cool to be a part of that again, but also so heartbreaking after I did it. I felt like I finally was able to close that chapter. It’s over, and I think that was one of the first times that it actually hit me that he was actually gone. So it was so cool to be able to do that, that Universal let me do that because I was like, I feel like this is me saying goodbye. This is me going back to where it started, and this is me saying goodbye, and they let me have that moment.”

Alexa Bliss reveals that she has it in her WWE contract that her daughter travels with her.

“Road life’s a little different. I have my daughter on the road with me every week. It’s definitely really hard, but I am in so much of the phase of I don’t want to miss anything she does. That was one of the biggest things of coming back. I worked it into my contract that she travels with me. I was like, ‘I need to be able to bring my daughter along. That’s a non-negotiable.’ She, at the time, was only barely a year, and I was like, ‘I’m not leaving her on the road multiple days a week.’ She has two touring parents because Ryan [Alexa’s husband] tours every weekend. He has for the past 10 years. He’s still on a tour every weekend, and so I said, ‘She needs to go with one of us and it’s gonna be me.’”
