Established in the early 1900's as the Lillooet Volunteer Fire Brigade the department has proudly grown to a Paid-on-call department serving Lillooet, BC.

The fire ban within the district of Lillooet has been rescinded as of today, October 15th.
Open burning is now allowed with the proper permit and fire safeguards in place.
Campfires are now allowed without a permit.

Remember to pick up a free fireworks permit if you are planning to set off fireworks on Halloween. October 31st is the only day of the year that fireworks are permitted to be set off within the District of Lillooet.
