@KingTheodo93336 @airfairness @CP24 For 15 minute delays not cancelled trains . Even delays have to meet a requirement. This morning they are still changing schedules but it's not a delay they just outright cancelled my normal train and said take the next one. So if I'm late to work I don't even get a refund

@GOtransit @VivianBloom The announcer on my train said expect modifications tomorrow not as bad as today but still. My 5:42 train to Barrie was cancelled today and that was before the train derailment and signal issues. What should I expect tomorrow, will my 5:42 train be cancelled again?

@RogersHelps Yes, it was a few days ago. I never got any text messages but it was eventually resolved. But this is unacceptable I can't use live chat to check my neighborhood, and I have to wait 30+ minutes. I had work to do!

@RogersHelps The problem with that , it wasn't a known outage. I couldn't use live chat at the time (since I'm not the account owner). I had to wait over 30 minutes to make a simple report and scan of the neighborhood. Do better!!

@vanessattiberio My train hasn't announced that it was multiple, they just said one massive tree. Terrible day to need to get all the way to Barrie. How far do you have to go? I'm on a train ahead of you I'm at King City.

@TTChelps @andrew_actual1 TTC customer service never has to take shuttle buses during rush hour or you would realize that's not enough. There are too many people and not enough buses. This is rush hour. Thousands of people trying to get to work
