@AmazonHelp Hi Donald- I ordered these items because they were labeled as “overnight delivery by 8am” I need these items for prepping food. Without them, I can’t do anything. This delay is costing me money and delaying my own timeline to my customers. Please fix this.
@amazon what is the point of taking the time to post reviews on products if you can’t warn customers that the seller is a scammer? It’s against your TOS to have sellers pay for reviews and falsify ratings but the customers that get scammed can’t warn others?? That’s nuts.
@AmazonHelp I already have with no response. That’s why I’ve ended up here messaging you. Amazon makes it very difficult to report issues and get help.
@AmazonHelp I did. And I just received an email saying you won’t be posting my original review stating the seller is scamming customers with fake reviews they paid for.

@AAACares Thanks for leaving us stranded, 20 miles from the nearest gas station in the middle of nowhere Montana with a trailer full of livestock and a dog in the car in below freezing temperatures.
So. Here we are. Freezing. Alone. And the company that we pay to have help in case of emergency in a moment exactly like this and left us completely stranded. We’ve been a customer for over 20 years and our entire family also is customers.
@FedEx two packages lost in less than a week. That must be a new record for me. I will never ship with FedEx again. Absolute worst customer service, communication and procedures for handling packages.
@BankofAmerica First, you permanently close the closest branch to me within 45 minutes of my home, then you strip the drive through atms out. Now the only one that’s left is a walk up and it doesn’t even work.
