Girls baseball clinics on 11/22 and 12/20 at focus baseball.

An amazing opportunity for girls in the area to learn some great stuff, have fun, meet other girls in baseball.

Wisconsin girls baseball is growing and I can’t express enough how grateful I am to be apart of it!

On top, a very clear load back, then change direction to launch forward.

On the bottom, a very clear rearward coil that continues seamlessly into a rearward torso tilt.

That’s what I call going ‘on around’.

It takes extra time to change direction from load back to launch forward. It isn’t one continuous movement.

But ‘on around’ is one continuous movement that takes no time.
