Chilly day but I loved getting out and kicking with my brother who is a kicker at Mars Hill University. This was a regular PAT but I also kicked some field goals. My PR is 40 but I’m trying to move it back to 45!
“We have seen improvement in every single event group, and that's impressive when considering the adverse weather the past few weeks. We have depth that should make us competitive in challenging for a state championship."

Couldn’t be more proud of our team and the way we compete in the finals weekend of the Kepner Presidents Cup. We lost in the final 2-1. We were the last non-premier team in the tournament and made a good run! I’m excited for High School season with these girls!
I had the chance to go watch the #SHEBELONGS documentary, Friday on App State’s campus. Hope Solo was there for a meet and greet and Q&A! Grateful for the experience and I think it’s a must watch for everyone!

Had a great time at the NC Kepner Presidents Cup this weekend! We finished top of our grouping winning all three game without conceding. We will be going to the semis in 2 weeks!
We are profoundly saddened by the passing of App State alumnus, football All-American and former head coach Shawn Clark. We extend our deepest sympathy to Shawn’s family and everyone who knew and loved him.
