How about cutting down the stress of Ofstead.
If students don't pass end end of year tests, they spend the summer catching up with their teacher. That would encourage all parties concerned to work hard during term time.

Get Care Homes linked to universities. Students have cheaper rent, company, decent meals in return for living alongside the elderly. Keeps all mentally healthier.
It works in other countries

Oadby & Wigston Council are changing bin collections to alternate weeks from September.
Black bin will be fine, however we have a lot of recycling.
Nothing else permitted so it will either have to go in the Black bin, or taken to the tip....where a lot of it goes into landfill.
