@goinghamallday @rStardewValley No you can get them thru Shane's 8th heart event. After that event you can buy then from Marnie as you can keep resetting what chicken you get when you select a coop where on the top it will say what chicken you get. The golden ones are from completion

@rStardewValley I got the sword too was so lucky because it was fairly early in game I was still half way spring year 1 to jump from the rusty sword to a lv 20 sword

@rStardewValley They exist and aren't that rare but you need to unlock the harder version of the first mines or skull caves to get them which is late post game
