On Thursday, the Constitutional Court hears a landmark case that could redefine South Africa's sexual offences laws. It follows a North Gauteng High Court ruling that struck down parts of the Act, replacing the current subjective consent test with an objective one. @CityPowerJhb @CityPowerJhb there's been no mention of the outage in Illovo. We have no updates. The electricity went out at 8:45am. Please tell us if the issue is even being attended to. It's likely an issue with the Cydna substation, like it always is.
