Still heard nothing from @British_Airways despite sending a compensation claim form, 3 emails and a complaint form. Unable to speak to anyone! Absolutely terrible customer service without any regard for people on the end of the problem!!!
Absolutely appalling service from @British_Airways . Had a flight delayed for over 24 hours in February. Completed all the paperwork the next day and still nothing! Other people on our flight have received their compensation a month ago. Please help!!!!!
