@SW_Help due to travel today have got my tickets printed ready just went to check the time on the app and it’s saying expired but the train isn’t until 12:41?
@BeckyFo39558176@passportwaiting To be honest I kept forgetting to look at tracking I didn’t get many text updates apart from they had and it was out for delivery that day sorry I can’t be of much more help x

@hanny_beany@passportwaiting Ironically about an hour after I posted this I got the message to say they’ve sent my new passport so I’ll let you know when I get it 😀
@Naomi87431559@passportwaiting I did my passport renewal last Monday, sent my passport on Tuesday via signed for delivery with Royal Mail on tracking on the Royal Mail says it’s been recieved but when tracking my passport it says I still need to send my old passport
@premierinn And how longs that going to be?considering when I went my complaint in on Saturday via the website it says up to 35days! That really isn’t good enough considering the state of the room as you can see from the picture was not up to standard i do also have more pictures as well.
@premierinn do you actually respond to peoples messages I’ve sent a private message on here and on Facebook and neither have been responded to! Do you really think this is an acceptable standard for £146 for 1 night?! This is a just a couple of the pictures i have.
