@HeathrowAirport So, is there a lot of available spaces in the blue badge terminal parking because last time I was there I couldn’t find one! Second question, if there are no disabled parking bays free, am I allowed to park in a non blue bay parking for the free 2 hours?

@HeathrowAirport I need to do a blue badge pickup tomorrow for a friend at T3 short stay. The badge is registered with Apcoa. Do I need to book? If so, please supply the website because for the life of me I can’t find it! Also, do I need to register the badge for ULEZ/Congestion
