The Secretary General and and communication officer of Limbe 1 council have taken part in a 3 days workshop at Mira mare hotel last week to sharpen the skills on communication tools for the municipality.

During the workshop communication tools such as Social media, Radio and television was explained in detailed o the positive impact it will attract working with the communities.

Speaking at the ceremony the Lord Mayor of Limbe 1 Council expressed gratitude to the minister and promised to distribute to the various quarters in the municipality to get them involve in the competition.

The Lord Mayor of the Limbe 1 Council Mme Mbwaye Eposi Florence have received some working equipment such as spades, cutlasses, wheelbarrows and buckets from the ministry of housing and urban development throung the SDO of Fako.

and the commissioner of the 1st district police station accompanied by the deceased family who verified and took his personal belongings

The Mayors office that was sealed on the 25th of April after his dead by the Fako administrator was opened on the 8th of July 2020 by a team made up of the Divisional officer of the Limbe 1 Municipality, the assistant state counsel, assistant commander of the national gardermarie

An extraordinary session was held to select 10 senoir Councillor; Ataga Nanjaro, Mbwaye Eposi, Mokase Abel, Nana Richard, Nkwinkeh Justin, Peter Kum, Ngeke Stephen, Mwambo Paul, Tayim Godfred, Besong Helen.

The Lord Mayors again take another 5 years mandate to pilot the affairs of the Municipality. The Mayor elect in the person of Ro-Danny Mokako was elected by acclamation by all 25 Councillors, 1st and 2nd deputies are Mr Mokova Sona Motomby and Mme Ndongo Beatrice respectively.
