1-I don’t post often but felt I needed to say something. Do not use @gamestop for @PSAcard card grading. Dropped off 5 cards at my local game stop in Cincinnati, Ohio (Kenwood location) first week of April, I was told that it has a turnaround time of 60 days. No one told me that
5- somewhere. I asked to speak to a district manager since I was lied to by the employee and the “manager” stated that he would bubble it up then called us back 10 mins later to tell us to call customer service because the district manager doesn’t handle these.
5- that my cards were still in transit and had no arrived which means the first employee had lied to me. We are now 2 weeks from the 60 day turnaround time and per the employee and the app my cards have no yet arrived. So how I have no clue if they are lost or just sitting
5- that the app sucks and it doesn’t update correctly. He then told me and assured me that his system shows my cards had arrived. Last week I checked the app again and saw that it said it was still shipping to PSA and when I called the location to ask for an update I was told
4- after a week it was still showing as Shipping to PSA, the employee told me “oh the manager didn’t ship it on time and I only sent it out 3 days ago and it’s already been delivered” when I asked why the app had not updated to show me it was received I was told by the employee
3-I was told my order would be shipped out that week and informed that they have to have at least 20 cards before they send them. I finally got a notification on the app that my status was “shipping to PSA”. About a week later I called the location for an update because….
2- they must have have x amount of cards to ship or that they hold them for 2 weeks before sending. Using their app I was monitoring the status of the grading and it still shows that it’s being shipped to PSA. When I called on 4/21 I was told
