Plan for today: am expecting $SPX to retrace a little, given the exceptional performance over the last 2 days.

The plan is still the same - BTFD.

The line in sand is 4260. If it falls below, we might be in trouble. But any dip above this level is buyable, and might be a good chance to accumulate to get on the rally into end of year.

As promised, we broke $SPX 4240 and guess where we touched overnight?

Yes you’re right 4200.

From there we bounced off and again met resistance at yesterday’s support at 4240.

Today, I’m predicting us to crap the gap down to 4210 area(4181 if bears work hard enough), before another bounce to 4260.

Let’s see. Trade safe!

Once we broke 4260, support immediately turned into resistance.

Looking to see if it breaks 4240 now. If it does, 4200 comes fast.
