Hayden Panettiere's mother is pointing the finger at a "toxic individual" she believes "led to her death" as investigators work to determine what happened to the actress.

"Hayden was a beautiful and talented young woman who unfortunately became involved with the wrong person."

@MattFinnFNC reveals that a police report obtained by Fox News Digital shows Panettiere's boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, and his brother called 911 after finding her unresponsive at the South Carolina apartment. Hickerson later gave authorities a bag of medication he said Panettiere was taking, and the DEA is assisting in the investigation.

Hickerson's attorney says police found no signs of foul play and is urging the public to allow the investigation to proceed.

With a looming 50% tariff on Canadian spirits, bars, restaurants, and liquor stores could soon face higher costs as Trump delays the tariffs for three days while the U.S. and Canada work to finalize a deal.

But if the trade fight heats back up, Canadian whisky, vodka, gin, rum, wine, and beer could all get more expensive to bring into the U.S.
