As a note: everyone who got to the help desk before us was able to rebook/reschedule at NO COST. Instead, I'm spending $1,536.40 to fly from San Francisco to Raleigh, plus 2 nights of lodging. And @AmericanAir has the gall to think I'd travel with them again with this treatment.

$637.20 for 2tix but my connecting flight in @DFWAirport got canceled. Waited in a 3hr line, help desk closed when I made it to the front. Spent $899.20 to buy new tix home. And now @AmericanAir gives $125 TRAVEL CREDIT instead of reimbursement. Insulting and disgusting.
