most important lesson i’ve learned is not to trust people; i learned not to believe what they say but to watch what they do, i learned to suspect that everyone is capable of living a lie. and i came to believe that even the people you think you know well enough will surprise you
Somethings in life are stable, incapable of change, like the stars, they’re the same whether you’re falling in love or falling apart, like your favourite place, or your room, what they give can’t be taken away, no matter what’s inside you,and I wish I could say that about people.
Some people aren't good at asking for help because they're used to being 'the helper.' Throughout their life they've experienced an unbalanced give and take, so their instincts is usually "l'll figure it out my own." The self-reliance is all they've known.
Reminder: People don’t need the chances that they never tried to ask for, they don’t need you to create excuses for why they aren’t here. Just because you want to believe there’s a good side to it, doesn’t mean there is, believe what you see, it’s not your job to search hearts.
