Tips to prevent running-related injuries..
- STRETCH | during and after your run.
- STAY HYDRATED | the recommeded daily dose is 2.2L for women and 3.0L for men.
- AVOID THE HEAT | If the temp is above 80 degrees, run in the early morning or late evening.

Frozen shoulder or also known as Adhesive capsulitis.. is a condition where pain and stiffness increases within the shoulder joint. This is caused by a thickening of the capsule surrounding the shoulder joint. Range of motion begins to decrease. Frozen shoulder develops slowly.
