A second person has died from injuries sustained in the May 25th crash at NW 84th Street and West O Street. The victim was identified as 62-year-old Gay Wah of Lincoln, a passenger in the Nissan Kicks. The crash remains under investigation.

Two vehicle accident. One drive is out and walking around, the other driver is stuck in the vehicle and having difficulty breathing.

T8 advising one category yellow patient and one category green patient. Working on extrication.
24 volunteers teamed up with Lincoln Stormwater Management division to clean up Holmes Lake, collecting 11 bags of trash, helping keep the area beautiful.
Caller says a light grey Audi, EB from 66th & O, is throwing fireworks and artillery shells at passing vehicles. They may have caused the fire at Lyncrest & O.

Appears there is a bush on fire behind the Ameritas sign, approximately 100 ft away from the building. Looks like it is spreading and a result of some fireworks that were set off earlier.

Caller says two 18 year old males riding e-bikes honked at him and yelled obscenities. Left SB on the bike path towards Yankee Hill.

Party Complaint: 921 M Street; LivRed Apartments
Caller says there are 15-20 people in the pool area. All are possibly Code 19 (Intoxicated) or Code 74 (Drugs). They've also changed thr color of the hot tub.

LFR Engine 1 & Medic 3, and LPD were sent to Centennial Mall S & M Street around 8:35 p.m. for a vehicle versus motorcycle collision. M3 transported the motorcycle rider, in his mid 50's, to Bryan West as a category yellow trauma. The patient was not wearing a helmet and no head trauma was noted.
While Malcolm Rescue was assisting Southwest Fire & Rescue on the scene of a head on collision, Malcolm Rescue got a second rescue call at NW 98th Street & W Superior Street around 7:55 p.m., for a male in his upper 70's. Initial report stated the male cut, or partially amputated 4 fingers on his left hand in some farm equipment. Malcolm immediately requested mutual aid from Raymond Fire & Rescue. Raymond 10 transported the male to Bryan West stating 3 fingers were amputated on the left hand down to the first knuckle.
At approximately 7:20 p.m., Southwest Fire & Rescue and StarCare were dispatched to the area of NW 84th Street & W O Street for a head on, motor vehicle accident with an initial total of 6 people involved. One party was ejected and LSO was en route. Southwest Fire immediately requested mutual aid from Malcolm. Upon arrival, LSO started CPR on the ejected party and Southwest requested additional mutual aid from Pleasant Dale Rescue. A short time later, Crete Fire was also requested for ALS support. Multiple patients were transported by ground by multiple agencies, and one patient in their 20's was transported by air with a GCS of 4 and intubated.
