@LincsConnect thanks. yes going to a long road. have a two course to do before can start getting coached. a lot of national tournaments this year starting May Bank Holiday 3 day tournament in Nottingham.

@LincsConnect don't need to of played rugby before. honestly it's better if you haven't a Union background. Easier to teach new players than ex rugby players as its a totally different sport and mindset.
#LincsConnect Q1 for those looking for a new years fitness, Touch is fantastic way to get fit without really knowing it. games you can cover 5km per game and use every muscle in your body. your fitness builds up quickly, due to way the game is played
@LincsConnect yes open for ages 14+ to 50+ all genders. it's a mixed team sport so more females* always welcome. single gender teams also. but Lincoln Touch club enters mixed open teams.
@LincsConnect Q1 #LincsConnect my diet before a days tournament (120 min game time) through the day I drink least 10lt of liquids, 6 bananas, protein and energy bars and few bags of sweets. all just to get through a day of about 15km running and mental strength being focused
