Sad news about Patricia Routledge
A very lovely lady who I had the pleasure of meeting several times
A passionate advocate of hospice care and a much loved and respected patron of @StWilfridsChi
Rest in peace Dame Patricia
Today is International Nurses Day.
It takes a special person to be a nurse.
Thank you to all of them for doing what they do.

Happy #InternationalNursesDay!
A huge thank you to our nurses who always go above and beyond to care for our patients and their loved ones, from organising puppy visits, to trying to make last wishes come true, and always giving their best care to all, day in and day out.
We are saddened to hear of the death of Lucy Watts.
It was a huge privilege for us at @hospiceuk & @DyingMatters to work with Lucy. She was an inspiring & courageous voice, always speaking with great clarity & compassion about palliative care. She will be hugely missed. [1/2]
@LucyAlexandria I had the privilege to hear @LucyAlexandria speak some years back
We use the term ‘inspirational’ frequently but Lucy truly was - her courage and passion for living was incredible
Sending love to Lucy’s family
