Peanut Butter Banana “Nice Cream” with Dark Chocolate 🍌🍫
Feels indulgent, made with good stuff. Creamy, naturally sweet, and no added sugar… just a few simple ingredients and a food processor. Enjoy as soft-serve or freeze for a scoopable treat.
Makes 2 servings (about 7/8 cup / 190g each)
Ingredients:
• 3 fully ripened medium bananas, sliced & frozen (about 12 oz / 360 g peeled)
• 2 Tbsp (1 oz / 32 g) unsalted natural peanut butter
• ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
• Pinch fine sea salt
• ½ oz (15 g) bittersweet chocolate shavings (63% cacao or higher)
Directions:
1. Blend frozen bananas, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
2. Serve immediately or freeze 20+ minutes for a firmer texture.
3. Top with chocolate shavings and enjoy.
Optional add-ons:
• 1 scoop chocolate protein + 2 Tbsp milk (blend in step 1)
• Cacao nibs, cinnamon, espresso powder, or chopped roasted peanuts
Tip: Use a vegetable peeler for chocolate shavings.
