**2019 Pre-Season** 1st Grade Coach David Zwart kicks-off skills training @ 7pm this Thursday 17 January at Tryon Oval. From Thursday 31st Jan, J-Train Athletic Performance will run our strength & conditioning program 2 nights per week (Tues & Thurs). Spread the word!

The Lindfield community has lost another Club stalwart, former Club Captain and Life Member Fred Judson. Fred was associated with the Club for over 50 years as a player, coach, official and in later years an avid spectator. Fred will be missed but never forgotten, rest in peace.
