What is happening with @AmericanAir at DCA? Got notice at 2 am our noon flight would be delayed “an hour” due to crew rest requirements. Now looking like 5 hours (flying ALB to DCA) and our IB plane has been sitting at DCA for hours “waiting for a crew.” Endless incremental delay
