@googlehealth this new app is completely broken. It doesn’t let you update anything in your focus areas like selecting what you see. No way to get help in the app either. It’s made my Fitbit completely unusable
@TLRailUK It’s honestly a joke now - this trainline is the worst I’ve ever experienced for delays, cancellation and changes. People are stranded trying to get home and I’m having to get a taxi.
@TLRailUK This is incorrect - further trains were affected. Sitting in the train at east Croydon then it changed and not going to Earlswood: then the southern service didn’t wait for people to get across the platform. Absolute shambles. 2 hours delayed trying to get home already!
@TLRailUK this is the absolute worst trainline in all of London. Every day a new delay or cancellation from London Bridge to Earlswood. Over 2 hours trying to get home already tonight and having to get a taxi part way.
@Glasgow_2026 technical issues prevented some people from being able to buy tickets and kicked you out of the queue.
Your customer service was terrible at helping to sort it out.
@RoyalMailHelp please respond to your DMs - a parcel sent to New Zealand by the posting deadline has been sat at your international processing centre for 8 days so it’s clearly not going to make it to NZ in time. Cost me a fortune to post so I’m not pleased!

@mixtiles@UPS_UK been trying to get help from both Mixtiles and UPS about a custom order for Xmas since Monday and been abysmal.
Clearly an issue with this parcel delivery (very easy to see this from tracking) but both refuse to help

@mixtiles@UPS_UK The replacement ones have not been printed or shipped yet and you are sending them via the same courier! Clearly they are not arriving by Christmas.
All i wanted was for this parcel to be tracked down. But @UPS_UK and @mixtiles both refused to help.
@UPS_UK I was told this 3 days ago by UPS via DM but yet no one has contacted me, so I doubt it will happen this time. It should not be this difficult to track a package!
