@AvantiWestCoast on a train yday & it was roasting hot. Like a sauna.I actually had to remove my top and wear my sports bra for the journey because I was so hot. Shall I post the photo? Why charge a lot of ££ when the trains faulty. On a train now and it's boiling hot. disgusting

Fuming with @Barclays. First call was over 40 mins long- david hung up on me,didn’t call back. The SECOND call that I am on (currently 52 mins and counting) … waiting to speak to someone on the mandate team. Customer service is an absolute disgrace. @Barclays is this acceptable?
