@raviojhax Do you eat a diet of mostly whole foods (meat and veg and fruit), no alcohol, no sugar, just water or sparkling water?
And do you lift weights and do cardio 3-4 times per week?
If not, it's 99% of times that
i fucking hate food i hate having to eat food it is such a useless activity why do i have to do this? i hate having to consume protein and get nutrients it's such a waste of time. i don't even like it, i don't get hungry i can forget to eat if i don't force it, it's amazing i ever got muscular at all and i had to make my life revolve around being a gymcel and forcing gymslop meals. getting very over it quite frankly, they need to invent injectable calories

Neck training is deep lindy...even Seneca talks about it

Uhm... bro, you just lack discipline. Kids are notoriously disciplined. It's definitely not the abundance of energy, peak physical health, and a malleable mind.
This is a good development, maybe we can finally retire the "tourism is vapid" discourse and admit that it's fun to go somewhere new, eat some slop and look at a couple museums.
A soft person's idea of toughening up includes all the things that will weaken them even further, like lifting daily, grinding long hours, intermittent fasting, overoptimized routine, sucking it up. There's this weird montage in their heads where they're able to clench their way to some new physical and mental state that requires far more fuel than they currently have in the tank.
I've adopted the Asian fitness way - no lifting weights, walking a ton, and eating whatever I want. Prob going to end up losing muscle but will also likely be healthier in the end
