We do work for the sake of work
We treat each piece of work as a piece of art
We infuse our soul in it
It doesn’t matter if its a feature, a punchline, a post, a dm, a creative, a video…
We do things with extreme care and taste
It’s not our problem if the world doesn’t care about our work. We do.
Good judgements are in many instances pure luck as those who had the same judgements and were in the wrong place or time are no less smarter than you— Beware of your ego coupled to randomness.
School reduces the randomness of learning. It's a chaotic process that is tamed or rather castrated by curriculum. It kills the vital random walk towards original production. If you hold a PhD, you are more likely the owner of a castrated mind and therefore an empty suit.

Life’s mysteries unfold before us not through answers alone, but through the questions we dare to ask. It’s through these questions that we discover the truths we were always meant to know.

Use pressure from your environment to learn what you hate. Let's call it an anti-image. You can craft the image of who you want to be under the light of your anti-image.
What you don't like is very revealing of your inclinations.
The Greatest Danger: You Are Replaceable.
"Remember: the greatest danger you face in the world today is that you are replaceable. As you get older, people who are younger, cheaper and more in tune with trends are rising up and threatening your position. Your only salvation is to mine your uniqueness, to combine various skills that set you apart. No one can do what you do. That is your endgame."
–Robert Greene
This wisdom is taken from the Master @RobertGreene and made in a cinematic way using AI and of course a bit of creativity.

Understand: the greatest generals, the most creative strategists, stand out not because they have more knowledge but because they are able, when necessary, to drop their preconceived notions and focus intensely on the present moment. That is how creativity is sparked and opportunities are seized. Knowledge, experience, and theory have limitations: no amount of thinking in advance can prepare you for the chaos of life, for the infinite possibilities of the moment. The great philosopher of war Carl von Clausewitz called this “friction”: the difference between our plans and what actually happens. Since friction is inevitable, our minds have to be capable of keeping up with change and adapting to the unexpected. The better we can adapt our thoughts to changing circumstances, the more realistic our responses to them will be. The more we lose ourselves in predigested theories and past experiences, the more inappropriate and delusional our response.
Do not prostitute your mind.
Excessive scrolling through social media and reading poorly curated books will turn your brain to mush.
It's better to limit your consumption of junk—yes, EVEN BOOKS.
When you carefully curate what you consume, you crystallize timeless ideas into your own creative thoughts, propelling you forward in life.
Do not be Weak!
You are weak if you operate anywhere below your full potential. A weak man is more dangerous, envious, and harmful than a strong one. Do everything in your power to live up to your potential. Strive relentlessly, even against the impossible, to harness your strength where you might otherwise let weakness cause harm.

Superstition and reading too much into signs are siblings (i.e. confusing noise for signal)
This ferocious tendency stems from our inability to come to terms with the randomness of the world.
It becomes pernicious when the speaker holds a degree or has some track record.
They shouldn't deter you from leaving your seat mid-sentence and making a small commotion on your way out (figuratively & literally).
While waiting for the next audition by a charlatan, keep producing; give luck more chances to strike.
