Alginate capsules with Histodenz cleared spheroids.
After clearing, the researchers Adeline Boyreau and Laetitia Andrique used our Dragonfly confocal and @ImarisSoftware to visualise the fluorescent signals (nuclear tomato, Draq7, tubulin and Clathrin) inside the spheroid.
