Super pissed. We need help with a password issue so my partner can use the steam deck I got him… support has been no help just making him jump through hoop after hoop. It’s about to get returned. Can we get some capable help @Steam @OnDeck @valvesoftware ??

[meg ♡ @LinenShadows]

@OnDeck @Steam @valvesoftware - we need some help with a lost password so my partner can use his brand new steam deck. Your support has been awful and we’re about to just return it. Can someone please help us resolve this so two longtime customers are happy??
