The NBA Las Vegas expansion push just got real.

The “Las Vegas Jacks” unveiled an all-star leadership group led by Jerry Colangelo, former Spur Vinny Del Negro, David Levy and Jay Williams, just sent out a press release announcing a $12.5–13 billion vision. The group says it already has $5 billion committed with another $3 billion formally indicated.

The plan? Play at T-Mobile Arena initially before building brand new a state-of-the-art basketball arena.
