This is just one and he’s currently getting heat for being pro-Jewish and not saying Free Palestine while someone was screaming “Fuck Israel” at him in the street. Really don’t think fear is the reason he didn’t attend just one event.

@staysure awful customer care. Parent diagnosed with treatable cancer. Refused to cover on existing policy, told we could claim for cost of new policy with another insurer but charging £129 excess! Cheaper to cancel existing policy altogether. Took 5 phone calls to sort!

@BBCBreakfast also issues with travel insurance here. Mum recently diagnosed with cancer, had an existing travel insurance policy so contacted them to update her medical condition and they refused to cover at all. Ended up with a partial refund.

@Churchill awful customer service and will not be renewing after being with you for a decade. Customer service advisors who give incorrect information and cannot answer basic questions. Appalling.
