Today, at the Multipurpose Cultural Hall, Namsai, attended the “घटी GST मिला उपहार” event organized by BJP Namsai, where I shared the next-generation GST reforms announced by our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and approved by the 56th GST Council.

My heartfelt thanks to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and the Government of India for introducing these historic reforms.
These reforms, effective 22nd September 2025, bring major relief to households, farmers, artisans, youth, and small businesses:
✅ Simplified tax structure: now just 5%, 18%, and 40% for luxury/harmful items
✅ Daily essentials and packaged foods cheaper
✅ Affordable farm machinery and handicrafts
✅ Life-saving medicines and health insurance exempted or reduced
✅ Education, wellness, tourism, and transport made more affordable
✅ Special boost for women entrepreneurs and MSMEs
✅ Strengthened digital access even in remote districts

These reforms are people-centric, reduce costs, create opportunities, and empower Arunachal Pradesh to achieve inclusive growth. Let’s embrace this change and work together towards a Viksit Arunachal and Viksit Bharat 2047!

To nurture the joy of reading from early childhood, the volunteers of District Library, Namsai reached out to Anganwadi Centres and primary schools in the remote areas of Lathao Circle today; delivering books and establishing links with the District Library across 15 institutions.

This noble effort reflects the visionary leadership of Hon’ble CM Shri Pema Khandu Ji and Hon’ble HDCM Shri Chowna Mein Ji, whose commitment to strengthening education ensures that the light of knowledge reaches every child, even in the most remote corners of our state.

A child who reads today, leads tomorrow.

With deep gratitude, I joined Hon’ble DyCM Shri @ChownaMeinBJP Ji for the inauguration of the Buddha Vihara at Nongtaw Kham-II, Namsai, a sacred space embodying Lord Buddha’s timeless teachings of peace, compassion, and wisdom.

The Vihara will serve as a spiritual and cultural anchor for the community. Our identity lives through our language and traditions; it is essential that every village Vihara has a local language teacher to pass on our script, values, and heritage to the younger generation.

I’m thankful to all who contributed to the realisation of this serene Vihara. It will remain a centre of faith, harmony, and learning for generations to come.

Also had the honour of planting a sacred Bodhi Tree alongside Venerable Dhammakitti Mahathero Ji, a symbol of spiritual growth and enlightenment.
